Welcome! I am 26 yrs old, and I received my first AG doll Kirsten when she was released back in the 80's.... I then received Samantha a few years later... I then put my dolls aside for years and just this past 2 years have gotten back into collecting and am loving it! [img]smile.gif[/img] Welcome to the board! Its a lot of fun

Jo, I think it is great that your kids love dolls. My 'children' are 19, 20, and 22!!! My daughter never liked dolls and I am certain they all think I am nuts. That's what some of us obsessive doll collectors deal with I think!
It is nice to receive your reply. Maybe I can find a group of AG collectors here in the Phoenix area. I moved here from Tucson in February after marrying for the second time in January. We met on eharmony.com!!!!! [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

My very first doll was Kirsten back when I was 8-9 yrs old... I loved her too much and my mom threw her away because she was so beat up and mangled.. a few years later my grandparents bought me Sam.. and I still have her in great - non played with condition... after that.. lets see.. the next doll I got was Kailey! Thats when the addiction started all over again! [img]smile.gif[/img] After her I think I got Josie, then Marisol, then all the rest came ! [img]smile.gif[/img]

prsnlrd-you show the enthusiasm I feel about collecting dolls! You know how it goes I can tell!!!! We can be so crazy. We always say it is better than therapy but I know it is NOT cheaper!!!!!
